01Eligibility and Your Account
Who can use Flarona
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flarona. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
One account per person
Each person may maintain one personal Flarona account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban, to manipulate metrics, or for any other deceptive purpose is strictly prohibited.
02Content and Conduct
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post on Flarona. By posting content, you grant Flarona a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your content or account.
Community standards
Flarona is built for meaningful conversation. You agree not to post content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence or discrimination. You also agree not to share content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
No Spam or Manipulation
You may not use Flarona to distribute unsolicited commercial communications, to artificially inflate engagement metrics, to scrape data without permission, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform through automated means.
Accuracy
While we encourage open discussion and diverse opinions, you agree not to deliberately spread false information in a manner designed to deceive others or cause harm. Satire and fiction are welcome when clearly labelled.
03Enforcement and Termination
Our rights
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, has violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We will act reasonably and, where practicable, give you notice before taking action.
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team. We will review appeals in good faith and aim to respond within ten business days.
Your Right to Leave
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and personally identifiable content will be removed from the platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
04Intellectual property
Flarona's IP
The Flarona platform. Including its design, code, branding, logos, and original text content. Is owned by Flarona and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Reporting infringement
If you believe that content on Flarona infringes your copyright, please send us a notice that includes: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing content and its location on our platform, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder.
05Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service "As Is"
Flarona is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, suitability for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the platform will be free from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities at all times.
User-Generated Content
Flarona is a platform for user-generated content. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy or legality of content posted by users. Your interactions with other users are solely between you and them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flarona and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars (USD 100).
06Changes to These Terms
Updates
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, by sending an email to the address on your account. Your continued use of Flarona after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the privacy policy and any additional policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and Flarona about your use of the service, and they replace anything agreed before. If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
